The 1st Quarter District meeting for the Pacific Northwest District will be held the weekend prior to Thanksgiving from November 16-18, 2018. We will be holding it at the Clover Island Inn in Kennewick, Washington once again. This year we will be changing the formats of our meetings by having the District Executive Committee and Standing Committee meetings on Friday, using Saturday for training workshops and the District Board of Directors meeting, and leaving Sunday for supplemental leadership development training.

Room Rates:       Single Queen - $74.00 USD per night, plus tax
                             Double Queen - $84.00 USDper night, plus tax
*Room rates include a daily breakfast, local newspaper, and free Wi-Fi.

Costs*:                 Earlybird Registration (before 11/2/18) - $35.00 USD/$45.00 CAD
                             Regular Registration (before 11/14/18) - $40.00 USD/$50.00 CAD
                             Onsite Registration (after 11/14/18) - $50.00 USD/$65.00 CAD

                             First-Timers - $30.00 USD/$35.00 CAD
                             Non-Optimist Member Guest - $20.00 USD/$25.00 CAD

*Registration fees do not include food.
